Return policy

Main Character 324 gladly offers exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. We do not offer exchanges on SWIM WEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear etc. Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package.

We offer free standard shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $70.00 Once you have placed your order, it will take 2-7 business days to process before it ships out. Orders are sent by USPS or UPS shipping usually arrives within 2-7 business days.

Tracking A Shipment  

Once we ship your package, you will be given a tracking number via the email listed on the account of your order. You may check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS or UPS website.

Stolen or Lost Package 

Once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected. Main Character 324 does not assume responsibility for reimbursement

 or compensation for the actions of USPS or UPS, weather and any other events that may lead to delays, loss or stolen packages.

To ensure the reduction of fraudulent orders Shipping and Billing Information must match or your order will be cancelled.
